Workshop interaction

If you want to get more out of your workshops, there is a simple way to engage people while also working on improvements based on feedback from actual participants.

Below, we have assembled some questions for you to use in your workshop.

Start of the meeting:

  • What are your expectations for today? What do you hope to get out of the day?

During a presentation

  • Where and how does this connect your daily work?

After break-out discussions:

  • What are the most important insights from the break-out session?

End of the meeting:

  • What are your most important insights from the day?
  • Think of everything that was said and discussed today. What is one thing you will do differently tomorrow?
  • Is there anything on your mind that has not been addressed today?

I hope that you can use some of these questions. You can also freely sort through them so that they fit with the workshop you are about to hold.

Tip: Create one question that is open for the full day and share
with your participants via a QR code on posters or slides that is
related to the theme of your meeting or workshop.

What our users say
Aspas
Rambøll used Involved for a workshop where 100 participants worked on identifying needs and opportunities for the development of a new district. The goal was to generate a wide range of qualitative inputs and then prioritize them. The proposals with the most support were taken forward for deeper group discussions. The platform performed perfectly — in just 15 minutes, all 100 participants were onboarded, had developed 120 qualitative proposals, and prioritized five for further work. We highly recommend Involved.

In the preparation of the 2023 reflection day, Involved really helped us align the day's agenda with current issues and ambitions. We gained a lot of positive energy to find our true goals for 2024, resulting in lively discussions and commitment.
